~SK:Wanted to put an IMMEDIATE STOP to a shipment of a wrong device before it went out of their warehouse. The agent won't make a call to their warehouse to stop it because protocol says just to email and hopefully someone intervenes to stop it on time. She suggested instead to refuse the shipment and wait for a few weeks to get the correct device till they they get it back and issue a refund! Esclating the call to her manager was no help as he was too busy to take the call! Is this how this start-up planning to grow by antogonizing customers, and not correcting the problem at the very start of it!!
