I called **.***.***.**** and a nice, native English speaking customer service rep took my call, refunded my ** bucks, and said that I would have one month of service on the premium plan (*GB data).**He added that, I should call before the next ** days are up and they will be happy to downgrade me to the free plan again at my request - but you should note that he said the only way you can downgrade is to call them, since they don't have a way to do it on the web. I thought that was kind of sneaky, but regardless, my problem seems to have been solved now.
