Instead, the inane Muzak kept on playing, with more voicebot "helpful" spiels. Why can't I even talk to someone to find out where my router is, when it was supposedly sent out (with FedEx tracking *, which by the way is ALSO useless...) on September *th, bright & early that morning?!
