~dissapointed：I have tried several times to call Freedompop the * times i did actually speak to a person horrible!!! waited *** minutes before someone answered!!! the first rep sounded and treated me like i was wasting his time. The second rep never followed through on what she was supposed to do, so I find myself calling again (this time I waited for ** hour before hanging up)I have had it with FreedomPop, their cust. service is horrible, their device is horrible (my device stopped working only after a month)their ability to resolve customer concerns is horrible......How is this company still in business??????????
