~melissa browning:We are staying at the * Points in San Rafael and our teenager dropped our car keys down the elevator shaft. The front desk attendant was very helpful in contacting Empire Elevator company. They were contacted at *:** and by *:** we had our keys! The man from Empire graciously drove down from Santa Rosa to help us out. We will definitely return to Four Points after the fantastic customer service we received.
