GetHuman-398245:I spoke to the customer relations person and told them my turn signal handle feel off of my new focus with **** miles on it. obviously this is something that isn't a usual occurrence. The CR person took my name and my information and forwarded it to the regional service manager for disposition. Oh I forgot, Ford wants me to pay for a new part and the labor to install. Obviously this isn't my fault and may be a defective install at the factory. Anyway, I'll keep ou tuned in.
