~Anonymous:I got a phone call for my mother who works nights this morning and they refused to let her call later on in the day before the shut down her service account for her vehicle. The man who called was very rude and refused to accept any other answer. He told me that I had to wake my mother up and she refused to take the phone call so he told me that I had to say yes to something so that he could hang up. Are you kidding me? That is beyond rude, that's disrespectful to your client. I guess that's a direct representation of Ford Motor Company.
