~Susan S:I ordered additional bands for my fitbit flex. When the package arrived I was missing a band. I emailed customer service and received a canned message. I responded and received another canned message (If you cannot locate your package, please ask any neighbors if they received the package for you.) At this point I became very frustrated. I called customer support (could not locate a number for customer support on the website). The customer service rep resolved my issue and ordered a replacement. Gaby was not very friendly but she did rectify the situation.
