GetHuman-320924：Excellent customer service. Never had any problems with my Flex. I had it for almost a year before I decided to upgrade to the Charge HR. Some battery and synching issues but I really didn't worry until it completely died and wouldn't charge at all. Warranty is great....replacement on the way. I am very satisfied with the service. I also have the aria (scale) and love it (no issues at all)!!
