First time i called I pressed to speak with someone and had a line and was unable to hear anyone, second time I called (right after I hung up) I was connected but had silence, third time i called again, and was connected to Ferdinand M. and helped me right away. Apologized for lag time on email response, and was able to look into my issue and get a replacement flex sent to me due to battery draining, looked at my battery level and asked a few questions and received the email confirmation. Best customer service! Very pleased!
