~smokinss:Fandango took my money via credit card for their "convenience fee" thinking that I would get tickets emailed to me so I could use my phone or print them. After I get the transaction they advise me that I have to go inside the theater, use the theater kiosk, enter a ** digit code and my credit card to get tickets. It is faster, easier and cheaper to just use the kiosk in the first place. I requested a refund and was denied. I had assumed I would be able to print tickets at home and bypass the lines and kiosk. However, I still had to go to the kiosk and use my credit card and enter the ** digit confirmation code to get a ticket. I could have easily just used the kiosk with my card and saved the $*.**. THERE IS NO CONVENIENCE with this fee and I would like a refund. I emailed your customer service and was turned down. I am asking your Marketing department to reconsider the refund of $*.**. *They **** for customer service. I would not have used them if I had known that they do not provide
