Was told id have to mail it to *** Lee Rd. suite *** rochester,ny for a warranty exchange. It's been * weeks and no f'n word on when my new phone will get. You knows?! apparantly no one! last time I call customer service i got someone in gautemala. wtf! most customer service ever!!
