~AudreyMcKale:Waited a while to finally speak with someone but needed my phone unlocked, lady helped me out but needed the last PIN I could think of, she said if I didn't know it all I would have to do is go to walmart and show them my ID to verify this is actually me, which I wouldn't mind at least I know my account is secure. I finally got the PIN I needed and it unlocked my phone, girl was very nice and very helpful. After reading other reviews I was nervous they wouldn't be helpful but she was very helpful :)
