So I selected the option to put in a cell phone number. I was given a security question which I answered correctly and a link was sent to my phone which I used. My identity was verified according to the message I received. I went to log in again, and am now told I have to wait ** hours before logging in. WHAT?????? I was not given that warning when I used the "phone" method. I have a deadline TODAY to post some photos for a project, and I have to wait ** hours? No. I need access now. I need to get into my account. Please reset this. Thank you."
