~Elle:I didn't complain about being shorted yardage, but several orders have been screwed up. No response to emails, chat is at least a * hour wait and a call resulted in over an hour wait and *-** days for a refund. A month later, I had to dispute it with paypal. Now, they are "out of stock" of an item they have plenty of, and the company is not caring about helping. Too many issues to go into: run away from this store. Poor service, no product and over a month to wait for refunds.
