~Unhappy!:Worst experience I've ever had with insurance. For months they told me I could only use * pharmacy for my fertility medications. That pharmacy didn't even carry the meds I needed. After hours on the phone and tons of problems, the supervisor says I should be using a different pharmacy. Poor communication, terrible service, worst company. I wouldn't stay with them but that is what my Health Insurance requires. Run away from them.
