I was holding the mail they replied in my hand - it said $***. So I told her to reactivate it but by some reason that she could not explain, it failed. So, she said she will ask a new prescription from my doctor and also said she will override an order to my local CVS for * day supply. She told me to go and pick up. I went to the CVS pharmacy that she mentioned but prescription order was not there.*I called again - this time a guy with black accent answered. He said he did not see any request for new prescription to my doctor and he also said there was not overriding * day supply order either.
