I have tried repeatedly to correct this situation with them to no avail.*When I pay them it is via my banks online bill pay service which is Electronic funds transfer and virtually instantaneous so there is no excuse for them to not post the payments within ** hours yet it almost always requires me to place a phone call to get it posted and my Rx shipped. If my employer did not insist we use these idiots I would just use a local pharmacy and be happy. Go in, get the prescription filled and leave in one trip not a repeated hassle every ** days.
