~Elaine:Well, the initial person to answer put me on hold and then was a little snarky when she came back. Then she transferred me to member services, who was a foreign person who tried to be helpful, but basically just helped by forwarding me to the Dispute Department (I was on hold for **-** minutes here), but then the Dispute person was able to help by adding the dispute info immediately, and was pretty helpful and polite. So, bottom line--this number worked, wish it were an *** number as I burned through cell minutes, but I am hopeful that the incorrect negative info will be successfully deleted in a timely manner.
