~JB:I was transferred * times to get to the correct department to file a dispute. I had to file a dispute by phone as the website was not allowing me to get through. The call back service did not work for me I tried it * times and it never went through. The best way to go was to dial the number listed and select ** as soon as the message begins. ** is not an option given on the automated message and it has to be selected right away to get through. Once that was done it got me to an operator promptly!
