~Gerbear:Talked eventually * different reps, and not one spoke clearly . Never did send me the e-mail that was supposed to happen. I had to go to airline site and "dig" out the info that I needed myself. Background noise horrible coupled with the fact one rep was constantly coughing in my ear. Book your vac direct with airline carriers. Much better, believe me!
