Now they are insisting there is a **% cancellation fee I was never told this. I have had to call back after the supervisor told me he would contact me today...he did not and now this new person I am speaking to insists their policy is a **% cancellation fee even though I was not told this. *TERRIBLE SERVICE. NEVER AGAIN.
