We we're going round in circles and when he can't provide me answers, he placed me on hold for ** mins and transfer me to his Supervisor, Jerry only to find out that we we're directed to the wrong department. Jerry was rude! I was trying to express my frustration as a customer but stopped me and told me that I should discontinue speaking in such manner. I wasn't cussing neither saying anything mean. When providing me with a diff number, she even gave me an invalid one! Bad customer service!
