~QualityLeadership:I received the poorest customer service that I have ever received by Dakota, a supervisor, at the Expedia corporate headquarters. Her behavior was unethical, unprofessional and uncaring. When asked for the information to file a complaint in regards to her behavior, she refused to provide me with the information necessary to do. Dakota stated that in her leadership position, she was not required to provide customers with information on how to file a complaint against her. I have used Expedia on many occasions, and you all have treated me very well. I would love an opportunity to speak with Dakota's superior. When dialing all of these numbers you are left on hold and then given a different number to call. I have been trying to get help for * days.
