~Sherja01:After LOSING my reservation, and charging my account the full price, I was put on hold once, only to be unwittingly transferred to someone else. Obviously the first gentleman just didn't have the will to help me. The next gal told me that they couldn't find my reservation, but they would be willing to make the reservations for me, but with the caveat that they would have to charge me again! When I said that paying twice the amount for the same reservation was unacceptable, the woman then said she would get her supervisor, I waited for another ** minutes and she said that "Mike" was then ready to help me. Which is when I literally heard her say , "just hang up", I think she forgot to hit the mute button. I have been booking with expedia for over ten years, I never will again.
