~salina:I was dissapointed at the poor contact with Ethiopian Airlines. This is the first time i tried to contact them and the Swedish number is not working at all. I also tried the Norwegian and Uk number and its the same, you are put on hold for ages and then they hang up on you. Shameful to be an airline and not have a proper customer service departement. Dont even start on the poor line. This really have affected my view on this airline.
