~LetThemEatCake：couldn't get online access using Equifax's website. CSR confirmed I had the correct confirm* and addresses and gave investigate.equifax.com to use instead. It is the same website as ai.equifax.com. Still cannot get access even though used confirmed information. I was only able to get onto the site with my Dispute Confirm* that luckily I went over the phone with them before hanging up.*CSR can submit dispute.
