~anonymous:After i agreed to do the survey after the phone call i was immediately directed to an agent. i waited less than one minute. i explained my problem and the lady was very patient and helpful. the only thing i can say negative about my experience was that my rep. had a very thick accent so it was a little hard to understand but she had no problem repeating herself which was wonderful. my problems were resolved. i am very pleased.
