~Echo:Had for an Epson Work Force **** inkjet for * wks. The paper would not feed. The take up part which feeds the paper just kept cycling. Called support, and was escalated to another human. They sent a refurbished replacement which had the same problem. Called again and spoke with * people without a long wait. Ask them if they would send me a better model which they agreed to send a new printer, not refurbished. Spoke to them late Thursday and expect new printer to arrive either Monday or Tuesday. Have been an Epson printer user for many years. This is the first time I have had to call with a complaint.
