Got someone on level * (after long wait both times) who wouldn't answer my questions because I had managed to make the scanner work by dumb luck. It had stopped recognizing my computer. I wanted to understand how I gotten it to work so that I could repeat the process without having to call and wait for Epson. VERY UNHELPFUL. I would consider never purchasing another Epson. I have always bought Epson printers.
