~Jay Kay Gee:I needed to update my checking account info. When my call was PROMPTLY answered (by clear-speaking, good humored responder) I couldn't recall my PIN number accurately. I had two numbers right, and she gave me hint (that nobody in the world could have used to fake it) enough to recall the correct number and we could proceed.
