When I finally got someone it was the wrong department and they did not know the phone number for the area in which I was trying to reach. This was not the first nor the second time I have had this problem. I initially was with GMAC mortgage which provided EXCELLENT customer service and they sold my mortgage to this unorganized company who obviously does not invest money in training and development.
