Once he told me that he didn't have time to deal with it, I asked for the manager he tells me that he is the manager and again he doesn't have time. I said I can call back tomorrow. He said that I can call and talk to crystal to rush me off the phone. I am horrified that your company would hire a manager of that capacity. He is not what I would want representing my company. I posted on social media regarding the situation along with picture of what I received and the words I were told by your manager.
