I then went into my email account and had seen that somehow I was signed up and sent and charged for movies I had not ordered. I immediately contacted Disney Movies Annie spoke to Annie on **********. She stated that the card would be reimbursed and she sent me a prepaid enevlope to return the information when I received it. Then on ********** I was reimbursed the $*.**, But then again on ********** I was once again charged another $*.** on my account to Disney Movies. I then called Disney movies again to have this settled spoke to Angelo in customer service, he would not and could not help me, I then spoke to a "supervisor" Joan - she was supposedly to fax my bank information for them to fax back to Disney to show where Disney charged my account for a second time. After Joan failing to do this. I contacted Disney again, for some reason Joan could not get to the phone so I was put with Dustin, he stated Joa
