~Nowvoyager.:The most frightening thing about finding out Direct Line will not pay out for my daughters stolen possessions whilst she was in Egypt is that I now realise if she had been taken seriously ill whilst out there alone, she would basically have been in a foreign country with no reputable insurance. I can't even say it was cheap insurance as the premium I paid was quite steep.*One of the worst experiances of her life was spending * hours in an Egptian Police station (men spitting etc) trying to get a police report as this was required.*Do they honestly think an ** year old girl in a strange country is going to put herself through that to con them out of *£***. Basically yes, they do and feel this is a fraudulent claim.*So let me shout it from the roof tops, Please don't go near DIRECT LINE, THEY ARE NOT A TRUSTWORTHY COMPANY, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT NOT GIVE THE SUPPORT OR SERVICE YOU THINK YOU HAVE PAID FOR.*I wont ever go with them again and wonder if Mr Fry and Mr Merton know what
