She was very knowledgeable on all steps to take in order to solve my problem and did so within the time of our phone call of less than ** min. I hope I can get her again if I have other service needs. I believe this was the second time she has assisted me with a problem and both times she is pleasant and patient ,Kind and is a representative of quality customer service. Cares enough to LISten (really ) and to work with the customer to resolve the problem or question. I think her manager should consider giving her a spot bonus.
