~Sjf301:Regarding the instructions to talk to a person: It took a few "I don't have it" to get it to stop asking for a phone or account number. Then we waited on hold to be transferred to another department. We wanted to reschedule our appointment and were only given a few other available times which didn't work for us so we had to keep our original appointment. Oh and they expect you to wait around for * hours for them to show up for your appointment. Typical deplorable TV provider behavior.
