~Deeply Unsatisfied:I signed up at the beginning of March and was told I was getting a bundle deal of satellite, internet, and phone for $** a month all in one bill. That was over two weeks ago with no response. I had tried several times over the two weeks to resolve my billing issue, but to no avail. Today I canceled my service, and they want to charge me a disconnect fee. They had intentionally waited so that I would be past the deadline to respond so that I would have to pay. I have received the worst customer service I have ever heard of from this company.
