~Off the Grid:I have made * attempts over the last ** years to get Direct TV. This most recent craziness happened Feb. *th. I ordered service on the *th thru Century Link, bundle to get $*** gift card. Direct TV scheduled my appointment onthe phone with the Century Link person, I called the morning of the appointment and confirmed the appointment, hired my maintenance guy to be there to meet them, and they were a No Show! I called them and they blamed it on Century Link. I called Century Link and they blamed Direct TV and said they would be happy to just cancel my account altogether! I still don't understand how Century Link is who I ordered service from but Direct TV can cancel my account. These idiots know they have the only service offered in my area so they get to talk **** to you and be rude, like they are doing you a favor. Monopoly is the only way they are still in business. People don't have a choice in some areas.
