~SaraFrey:Called two days in a row. Signal problem still not fixed. They force you into doing their troubleshooting tips which any idiot would have already done. Then when those don't work they tell you have to pay $** for someone to actually fix the problem or you have to pay $* per month for their service plan. That's right, you have to pay extra for customer service! You can't cancel without paying the termination fee so you are forced to pay for a service you can't use or pay more money to have it fixed. I regret ever signing up for directv in the first place. Now I have no way out.
