~michael dobson:The service provided through this web site and it's contact number are both equally unprofessional and pathetic. I was finally able to speak to a representative briefly (About * seconds)who told me to hold and that she would be with me momentarily. About two minutes later an automated voice said 'goodbye' and the call was ended. I called back * more times and the automated voice said all representatives were busy assisting other customers. How am i supposed to renew my EBT account while facing this kind of failed service? I'm sure if I miss my renew deadline(Even at the fault of this department) they would have no problem cancelling my eligibility for my EBT account. I plan on finding out who is over this department so i can file a complaint so others do not have to put up with this ****!
