My God how do you set up an appointment at been calling this number for the past three days without getting any assistance what is the address your company so I can at least come down there and meet with someone I need help I'm unemployed I need Medicaid and food stamps to be able to survive I was able to receive my unemployment benefits are from a company that I work with but ** years I'm trying to find work to get back to a normal life but because I am a diabetic I have to have my medication to be able to do so my Social Security number ********* my cell phone number that I'm borrowing ***-***-**** at that I have to use the service before and I don't know how to use it if you're axing me for an appointment: and how do I do this how do I complete it at I have not received anyth
