I got ahold of the rep after a ** minute wait we talked for a minute, then I was disconnected. Had to call back and wait ** minutes then spoke with a rep, then was disconnected again. Then said it would call me back, it did after ** minutes and when I had to press * to speak with rep it didn't understand that and hung up.....GOOD LORD
