GetHuman-137088:I've had a subscription to the Denver Post for the ** years I've lived in the Denver area. Until recently, I've been pleased with the Post. Recently, however, I sometimes get the Wall Street Journel instead. It is very upsetting when I do. I really enjoy spending an hour or two reading the entire paper. The most upsetting aspect of this situation is that when I call to get a replacement paper the Denver Post never delivers one. I don't understand how this mixup occurs as often as it does. Are you delibertably trying to drive away your customers, or do you simply not care about ensuring that the correct paper is delivered? In summary, this is a totally unacceptible situation.
