The lady didn't apologize even she just grabbed plate, said would make it right & walked off. * minutes later she returns the same plate I had with some shredded cheese on it & told me was out of other item I wanted so that is why I didn't receive it. I then had to complain because the food was Cold! Worst service ever at the Grand Island, NE location... this is *rd or *th time in a row that orders are made wrong & staff is rude! I definitely will Not be returning to this restaurant & am going to tell everyone I know about the poor service there & for them to not go there either!
