GetHuman-427654:You guys **** I am tired of your constantly delayed flights. I am tired of giving up * to* or more hours of my life on a regular basis because you cannot run flights on time. What is really infuriating is I have certain flights I am convinced you delay just because the early flight is not full I.e. Early evening flight Detroit to Birmingham. I have flown regularly on business for ** years. You guys are consistently the worst. I'm done with Delta. I will from now on take any other airline, they are all better, drive or walk to avoid Delta. These are not the rambling a of some crazy person. You guys do not realize your lack of customer service. Really ** to ** minutes just to talk to someone in customer service? How arrogant of you. I cannot begin to describe how Delta can turn normal sane calm people into raving lunatics. I don't want anything from you guys.... No miles or bonus points. I simply would like to see you address you dismal number of delayed flights, non-weather related.
