~jbsimon000:I had a flight, checked a bag ($**) got on the plane. It had a mechanical issue, they got us off the plane, while the mechanics tried to fix it. After a couple of hours they made the announcement that the plane would not go that day, baggage was offloaded. I forgot about the baggage fee. That was Sunday, called today (Wednesday) and they refunded the baggage fee. Relatively quick and painless (although I think it should have been done automatically)
