~jdunigan:I contacted them twice by email thinking that wold be enough to cancel my subscription, no response to my emails, not even verification they received it. I called them once to cancel, then they charged my account anyway. I called again and they claimed to have cancelled again, we will see. The last phone rep, actually hung up on me without saying goodbye or we hope you will subscribe again. I'm never going to purchase or support this paper ever again. and I will gladly tell everyone how horrible their customer service is.
