AND HUNG UP. *I CALLED BACK VERY UPSET AND SHE SAID THEY DIDNT TAKE PRANK CALLS, I WAS QUITE UPSET THAT I AM CALLING TO FIX A ISSUE I HAD WITH MY VISIT TO ONE OF THEIR STORES AND THEY TREAT MY COMPLAINT AS A JOKE. AND WHILE THE SECOND TIME SHE DID TAKE MY COMPLAINT SHE DIDNT SEEM TO CONCERNED. TALKED TO ME IN A VERY UNIMPORTANT MATTER AND I AM SURE THEY WILL NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT THE ISSUE STILL EXCISTING WITH THE STORE.
