When I told her that I requested the pass due amount that needs to be paid, and not the current amount due in April, she continued to tell me what is due on April *, ****.This is not what I requested. I requested the March balance that I believe was ***.**. When I informed Carla she was not giving me the information I requested she continued to iterate to me that I owe $***.**. In short I paid $***.**. Everyone knows that DTE over charges for enegry. That's why people are on the budget plan. It's not for Carla to determine how much I am to pay especially when I continually request the amount due for March! No matter what DTE says, the first of the month is an inconvenience for me to pay my bill. Moreover DTE alleges you can not change your payment date. That why the majority of DTE customers will participate in direct payment program. I hope I never have to speak to another representative like Carla
